State funding for libraries might be shrinking, but the number of patrons frequenting the hub of the Cumberland County Library System - Bosler Memorial Library - only continues to swell.

State legislators, Cumberland County commissioners, borough and township supervisors, district school superintendents and even a few library card holders learned as much Wednesday as they gathered for the library's annual legislative breakfast.

Bosler Memorial Library Director Linda Rice said the library weathered the unfavorable financial climate well in 2010."
