Residents are encouraged to attend a free, family friendly Fall Festival at the John Graham Public Library, 9 Parsonage St., on Sept. 29 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Community members are sure to enjoy the hay rides, pumpkin painting and pie eating contest planned for the afternoon.
