She headed to Cleve J. Fredricksen Library in Camp Hill last Friday to visit the free eBooksHub for assistance in setting up her device, and was surprised to find out that new Patterson titles are among those not available on e-book lending.
The reason? Some publishers refuse to sell e-books to libraries, or do so at high cost, reference librarian Duffy Batzer said. That means midstate library patrons won’t find new titles by Patricia Cornwall, Bill O’Reilly and more on the library’s e-book list.
