367 Participants - the biggest Library Loop ever!
Beautiful weather and a record number of runners and walkers made the 5th Annual Library Loop the biggest ever!
367 participants, over 50 volunteers and many spectators came together to enjoy a morning of fun and excitement while raising money for the library. The Fredricksen Book Cart Drill Team let their hair down with a groovy new performance for all. Local overall male trophy winner
Matthew Wagoner of New Cumberland finished the course with a winning time of
15:16.4, a full minute ahead of his closest competitor.
Jennifer Post of Mechanicsburg returned again this year to capture the overall female trophy with a time of
17:33.7, beating her last years’ time of 18:04.
Taking second place overall for the men was
Patrick Hager from Paoli, PA with a finishing time of
16:17.4, with third place for the men going to
Stephen LeBianco of York, PA at
16:48.5. On the women’s side Camp Hill’s
Lydia Becker took second at
18:00.2, followed closely by
Priscilla Jennings with a finishing time of
18:06.9.
