My son had to do a report on a poet, and of course it was due the next day! I asked Lydia, the reference librarian, if she could help us find some books. She literally spent an hour loking up books for us. She kept coming up with new, creative ideas of where to find information on this poet.
All the while she helped other people, then would come back to us.
I would not have been able to maneuver among all of those reference books without her help. It was just over-the-top service!
