Board of Trustees
Bosler Library is governed by the Board of Trustees which meets monthly.  The Board of Trustees is legally responsible for administering the state and local library laws.  These include administering the library's budget, appointing the Director and formulating policies for the management of the library.

Meeting Dates
The Bosler Board of Trustees meets the third Thursday of each month (except as noted) at 4:30 pm in the Conference Room at the Ashcraft House.  The meetings are open to the public.

Board of Trustees Committees
Development Committee
The Development Committee works with the Board President, the Library Director and the Development Officer to provide input for developing the fundraising plan and engages the entire Board of Trustees in fundraising.

Finance Committee
The Finance Committee has fiduciary responsibility for the library's funds.

Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee is responsible for the recruitment of qualified and interested citizens for future service on the Board of Trustees.

Operations Committee
The Operations Committee oversees the daily operations of the library.

Planning Committee
The Planning  Committee is responsible for formulating long-term plans for continued development of library programs/services, promoting/marketing library services through advocacy and community relations, and oversees the implementation and completion of the library's current long range plan.

Property Committee
The Property Committee is responsible for maintenance and expansion of the library.
