Mrs. Stoner and Mrs. Black Welcome You! Just a reminder - you are always welcome to stay with your child for our programs.  If you choose not to stay at the program, please remain inside the library. We do not have any medical information available for your child and must be able to reach you quickly in the event of an emergency. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Summer Schedule

Please note:  Rhymetime, Toddlertime, Storytime, and Family Storytime will end on May 17th for a short break.  These programs will resume on June 10th.


Summer Reading Program

You can now sign up for our Summer Reading Program.  Register online and print out the reading log calendar, or stop by the library and sign up at one of our sign-up stations.



Children's Programs - September to May

The following programs run from September to May. For more information or to register, please call the library at (717) 766-0171. 

Ongoing Kids' Events and Storytimes - Rhymetime, Toddler Time, and Storytime are presented several times a week from September to May.  No registration required.

Kids' Special Events - Kindergarten Club, Bookwork Club, Homeschool Book Discussion, American Girls Club, and Activities Club for Tweens occur once a month from September to May.

Kindergarten Readiness Class - Choose 1 of the 3 series of 10 readiness classes for children who will be attending Kindergarten in the fall of 2013 and their parent. Our first classes will meet on Tuesday, September 4 at 6:30 pm; Thursday, September 6 at 1:00 pm and Tuesday, September 11 at 6:30 pm. A one-time registration is required.
