Homebound and Disabled Services STAR Homebound Library Services

If you or a loved one can't visit the library regularly due to age, illness or a disability you may be interested in our STAR homebound library services at no charge. STAR provides homebound adults delivery of books, large print books, books-on-tape, or books-on-cd, at no charge. You must live in Cumberland County or Shippensburg Area School District to be eligible. Learn more.

UCP of Central PA Assistive Technology

UCP of Central PA has a lending library which enables Pennsylvania residents of all ages and with any type of disability to try a variety of assistive technology (AT) devices.
