Making a Bequest

The following language is one way to make bequests to the Cumberland County Library System and its member libraries:

I hereby give, devise and bequeath to the Trustees of the [Cumberland County Library System Foundation], a nonprofit corporation, organized and operating under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the sum of [$___ or 'the rest, residue and remainder of my estate'] to be used for the general purposes of the [Cumberland County Library System Foundation]" or for [a particular program of your choosing]".
