Carlisle Institute for Lifelong Learning
The Carlisle Institute for Lifelong Learning at Bosler Memorial Library (CILL) provides programs and courses to engage adults in learning at any age and stage of life. The Institute was initiated by a group of community members with the vision of creating a setting for personal growth, social opportunities, and intellectual stimulation.
