The Four Cs of Grief
Learn about the four Cs of Grief: Common, Complex, Complicated, and Life Changing.
We will look at various aspects of grief, including how common grief is in our everyday lives, the complexities of grief, and how it impacts us socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually (to name a few).
We will also look at complicated vs. non-complicated grief: when is it moving in the right direction, or when it isn’t. And finally, we will look at how grief is life-changing: how do we move forward and grow stronger and more resilient in our grief? Time will be given for questions and sharing.
