In this workshop designed for those beginning their credit journey or looking to relearn and / or repair their credit knowledge and score, a presenter from First Commonwealth Bank will define creditworthiness, evaluate positive and negative types of credit, explain credit factors and risks and how credit scores work and how credit is damaged.
10 AM – 12 PM, BCC Classroom
Come to our OPEN CLASSROOM sessions—The BCC Classroom will be staffed during these times with instructors on hand to offer assistance, answer questions and help you learn how to use workplace, small business or personal use tools efficiently. Business & Career Center (BCC) Classroom
Learn the best styles and techniques to display your skill set and experience to potential employers. Learn about Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software that "reads" your resume and may be preventing you from hearing back from an employer. Please have a digital or hard copy of your resume available for up-to-date and targeted industry standards.
Registration suggested, but not required--walk-ins are welcome! REGISTER

Enjoy step-by-step instruction with our experienced and enthusiastic instructor. You'll leave with a one-of-a-kind creation to enjoy! Cost: $5 per person. All art materials supplied. Registration begins one month prior via telephone or in person at the library. Ages 18 & up.

Come and donate blood to the Central Pennsylvania Blood Bank – the bus will be parked along Walnut Street near Fredricksen’s lower parking lot. Registration is inside the library’s lower level lobby. Call CPBB at 1-800-771-0059 with questions or to schedule an appointment; though walk-ins are welcome, donors with appointments will be taken first. A form of ID is required to donate.
