If you like puzzles, you are invited! There will be a group puzzle to work on as well as a puzzle for younger ones to complete. Light refreshments will be available to keep up your energy to complete the puzzle. A special thank you to all who helped complete the puzzles in the Atrium -- we will be awarding prizes (at 8 p.m.) to the individuals that put in the last piece of each of those puzzles. No registration necessary – stop by when you can! 

9:15 am, Community Room 
Join Ann Fields, founder of Peaceful Poses Kids Yoga, for an adult slow flow yoga class. This class will explore yoga poses, breathing techniques and ways to deal with stress and anxiety. Ann’s 45-minute class is open to all levels and no experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and yoga mat. Registration suggested, but not required.

1 pm Small Meeting Room
New to meditation? No problem! A certified trainer from the Heartfulness Institute (www.heartfulnessinstitute.org) will help you in taking that first step to develop calmness from within. As a practitioner, you can experience better concentration, inner balance and true wellness of being. Come and experience the peace and love as a starting point of many good things in life. Just grab one or two from your own stash and join fellow enthusiasts in choosing, assembling and enjoying the selected puzzle – a 300-500 piece puzzle is suggested, one that can be assembled in the allotted time. Drop in when you can and leave when you need. No registration necessary.

Want to be part of a local, supportive writing group that helps you grow in your craft? Fredricksen Writes is for writers of all experience levels who want to be critiqued and in exchange provide critiques for other writers. This group is best suited for writers of memoirs, short stories, novels or essays. Join us to observe and learn what we’re all about. Space is limited; registration required.

2 pm in the Community Room, Lower Level 
This round table discussion will apply the Socratic Method to help delve into philosophical discussions and give you an opportunity to share your opinions in a neutral and respectful way without interruption. Each month the group will choose a philosophical issue and everyone attending will have the opportunity to learn and discuss with others in an open and respectful environment. What a great way to expand your mind and reach further with your thoughts! Ages 18 +. The group typically meets the second Monday of each month.

Led by Yasmin Haut and musician friends, the Dances explore sacred phrases for many of the world’s great spiritual traditions combined with simple folk-dance movement. All are welcome to join as we focus on this simple practice to achieve greater understanding, forgiveness and trust. Wear comfortable clothing. No registration necessary.
