Registration for this program is full. reate art out of a book for a beautiful piece of decor of your own. You can choose from the 2 designs pictured or use your creativity to create your own style! All materials will be provided, however feel free to bring your own book and/or artificial flowers if you like. This event is provided at no cost but space is limited.
Love to cook, bake & taste? Bring a favorite recipe to share and tell other home chefs what you love about it. If you like, you can even bring your dish to share for others to taste if you like. Blank recipe cards will be available so you can leave with new recipes. This is a free program for adults age 14 and up. Click here to register.

Enjoy seeing a jigsaw puzzle come together? Just grab one or two from your own stash and join fellow enthusiasts in choosing, assembling and enjoying the selected puzzle – a 300-500 piece puzzle is suggested, one that can be assembled in the allotted time. Drop in when you can and leave when you need. No registration necessary.

Watch the selected film, either at home or at the library, then join fellow movie enthusiasts after the screening for a lively and thought-provoking discussion moderated by Lee Johnson. Sponsored by Bill and Jane Murray.

Under the Sun (1998: 118 minutes)
Sweet but lonesome Olof lives by himself on his family's farm after the death of his mother. Unable to read or write, he is forced to take people on trust. Olof must depend upon his younger friend Erik to help him with the farm work. Then one day, out of the blue, Olof places a personal ad in the paper. The ad attracts Ellen, a beautiful well-heeled city woman. Erik, also taken with Ellen, is determined to destroy her blossoming romance with Olof by unearthing the secret past he is convinced she is hiding. Not rated: Sweden.

Join Glen Dunbar, Social Gerontologist and college professor, in this series of roundtables covering the basics of elder care and providing an opportunity for sharing firsthand experiences in a non-judgmental way. The sessions are suitable for both caregivers and potential care recipients. Topics for discussion include:

Bring your coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or water bottle and let's chat in an informal program where participants gather to discuss meaningful topics that unite us all. Whether it's sharing personal stories, exploring new ideas, or simply listening to others, this program is a space for thoughtful dialogue helpful in strengthening our community bonds. No registration necessary.
