Our mat chats include tools for going back to school, test taking, and dealing with stress and anxiety. We read books, listen to music, and hang out on our yoga mats. It will be most helpful to your child if you are able to attend as many sessions as possible. This program is designed for children who will begin kindergarten in the fall of 2022. Kindergarten Prep (known as Mission Transition during the school year) will occur outside on the library lawn near the lower level parking lot. In cases of inclement weather, it will be canceled.
