Join us for this special 2 day camp focusing on Julie from 1974. We will learn about how Julie advocated for equality in sports and how sometimes it’s hard to change things, but is worth it in the end. We will be tie-dying shirts for our dolls and having fun! Kathleen Jacobs & Puppets presents her "Magic Pots and Recycled Bottles" puppet show. Jump headfirst into slapstick fun as a wacky library cleaning lady goes into show business. She “recycles” trash into a crew of unforgettable puppet characters and “recycles” tales from library books into a script. The entire audience will be actively involved as the cleaning lady and her puppets act out versions of folktales from around the world. To close, everyone is shown how to make a recycled bottle puppet for their own production. Performance held in Foundation House.

Erick Hershey and Hopalong the Bunny of Country Conjuring Magic will present their show "Hopalong's Magical Jamboree!" Specially designed for the 2023 Summer Reading theme "All Together Now," the show features magical illusions that celebrate our coming together as neighbors and friends, and the joy of sharing fun moments as a community. Wonder, laughter, and mystery abound, with plenty of audience participation throughout the show.
