Come and join your fellow military history aficionados in a meaningful discussion about battles and other military events ranging from circa 1000 BCE up to recent military history. The first half of the discussion will focus on the facts of the battle and the second half will be dedicated to opinions and conjectures about the battle. Everyone will be given equal time to participate in both halves of the discussion. We will wrap up the roundtable with a vote on the topic for the next session. Learn short, easy 15-minute meditations to calm the mind. Led by Buddhist nun, Kelsang Chonzdin, a teacher and practitioner of almost 20 years, these meditations are suitable for people of any religion. Everyone is welcome! No registration necessary.

Yoga classes and story times are designed just for kids! Come on a yoga adventure with Ann Fields, of Peaceful Poses Kids Yoga. We will bring The Nutcracker story to life with yoga poses. We learn to take deep breaths, move our body, and read a story! Recommended Ages 2 1/2 - 5. Registration required.

Join us for a Fredricksen holiday tradition! Children, accompanied by their adults, will participate in a gingerbread man story time and related activities and then will decorate their very own cookies (one per child). All cookies and supplies provided. Recommended for children ages 3 - 6 but younger and/or older siblings may attend. Registration required for each child attending, including siblings. Registration begins December 1.
