Each month the group will choose a philosophical issue and everyone attending will have the opportunity to learn and discuss with others in an open and respectful environment. This 45-minute class is open all levels and no experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and yoga mat.  Ages 18+. Registration recommended.
