Come and join your fellow military history aficionados in a meaningful discussion about battles and other military events ranging from circa 1000 BCE up to recent military history. The first half of the discussion will focus on the facts of the battle and the second half will be dedicated to opinions and conjectures about the battle. Everyone will be given equal time to participate in both halves of the discussion. We will wrap up the roundtable with a vote on the topic for the next session. This Young Explorers group will explore art, science, history, and more in their quest to learn more about the world around them. Program includes reading, activity, and discussion. This month we will be learning about Nala’s World and her Dad. Learn about how Dean Nicholson traveled the world on a bicycle and found his greatest traveling companion, Nala the cat. Recommended ages 6 - 8. Registration required.

Come between 2 pm and 4 pm to make your own art square. All supplies provided. All ages are welcome; ages 12 & under must be accompanied by an adult. No registration necessary.

Test your BINGO skills to win LEGO minifigures, mini builds and full sets. This program is for tweens ages 9-12. Registration is required.

Volunteers from the Harrisburg/West Shore Chess Club will be on hand to assist young chess players and match up competitors. Join us and have fun! Participants are asked to bring a chess set if possible, but not required. No registration required. Ages 5 - 13.
