We’ll explore the various methods that are used to target and steal individual’s identities, how to stop theft from occurring and what you can do if you suspect that your identity has been stolen. We will also review common scams and frauds, then discuss what you should do if presented with a financial offer that seems “too good to be true.”This program is presented by the PA Dept of Banking and Securities. Specially trained dogs from K-PETs will be at the library to listen to children read aloud. This program is helpful to children who may be shy or reluctant to read aloud and will encourage them to practice reading independently. For budding readers, ages 6 - 12. Registration required.
