This round table discussion will apply the Socratic Method to help delve into philosophical discussions and give you an opportunity to share your opinions in a neutral and respectful way without interruption. Each month the group will choose a philosophical issue and everyone attending will have the opportunity to learn and discuss with others in an open and respectful environment. What a great way to expand your mind and reach further with your thoughts! Ages 18 and up, please. Registration begins March 15. The group typically meets the second Monday of each month.

Join Larry Walsh as he shares his story of an improbable journey of self-discovery and resolve. After serving seven years in the Army and working for 28 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Walsh stepped away from corporate life and cycled into the heart of America. He’ll share what he learned on the road and his experience writing his first book. He recounts his 3,120-mile ride from southern California to Florida, a journey that took from September to November 2018. Walsh grew up in Camp Hill. He is the proud father of three children and now resides in New Jersey with Kelley, his wife of thirty years. Register here beginning February 15.

In cooperation with the American Association of University Women (AAUW), we are pleased to welcome playwright Cindy Rock Dlugolecki. Cindy will share about the hours/days/years it took to research, write, and produce Violet Oakley Unveiled, her play about the artist who devoted 25 years of her life painting murals for the Pennsylvania Capitol. Violet Oakley (1874-1961) was so obsessed with the color purple that she wore the hue almost every day . . . as does Cindy. Register here beginning February 15.
