Join us as we welcome back Seasons to Fredricksen! The Lee siblings seek to not only pay homage to the rich tradition of Celtic and American folk music that they grew up in, but also to treat it as a living, breathing entity. The result is a constantly growing collection of original songs and tunes that are all at once both fresh and familiar and will surely put you in a joyous mood. What a perfect way to spend St. Patrick’s Day weekend! No registration necessary.

Jam Circle

Jam CircleCome to play or come to listen, anyone is welcome to join as a musician! Held on Wednesdays from 11:30am-1:30pm. We will have chairs arranged in a circle to accommodate musicians who come to perform, along with plenty of extra chairs outside the jam circle for those who come to listen. All acoustic instruments are welcome. All musical genres accepted.

Introduction to Digital Photography - PROGRAM FULL

Do you have a DSLR or mirrorless camera and aren't sure how to use it? Are you still taking photos using only the AUTOMATIC mode? If you answered yes, then this is the perfect class for you! Each class, taught by instructor & photographer, Michael Yatsko, will begin with an exploration of a new topic followed by some hands on application of the technique or idea. Weekly assignments will also be given to reinforce what has been learned in class. During this class you will learn about the history of photography and cameras, the science behind how a DSLR camera works, the exposure triangle - aperture, shutter speed and ISO, many different composition techniques, lenses, and much, much more. In order to participate you need to have a DSLR or mirrorless camera. $150 fee covers all six classes. Ages 13+; Seating is very limited. Register online, via phone or in the library.

Join Suzanne with Happily Decluttered to learn about simple changes you can make to reduce incoming clutter and strategies you can implement to address the clutter you already have.
