Thursday, December 5th, 3 - 5 PM in the Community Room
Join all your neighbors at Fredricksen Library for a holiday celebration! The library will feature a holiday film and carols, cookies, and hot chocolate to start the evening. Then we’ll all walk to the Camp Hill Borough building to light our community holiday tree! All ages welcome. No Registration Required.

From the BUJO and personal organization to creative art journaling, join fellow journal writers as we practice methods to capture thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Whether you are tracking personal growth, cultivating gratitude, setting goals or managing stress, developing your journaling style and routine will boost a positive mindset. Facilitated by paper artist Christine Pizano-Rudy who specializes in all things journaling. Bring your own journal – some art and decorative supplies will be provided. Registration required.

With his unique gravelly, tobacco-scarred, and whiskey-soaked voice and experimental presentation styles, Waits is one of our great composers and performers of "people's music" since the early 1970s. Recognized by Bruce Springsteen, Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, Rod Stewart, and others, we will be celebrating his music and cultural contributions (he is also a bit of a movie "star"). Visuals and projected lyrics for singing along to Tom's extraordinary and idiosyncratic prestidigitations. Presented by guitarist, singer and West Chester University professor, Doug Morris. All are welcome!

Join us for a musical celebration of the season with selections from The Praise Ringer Handbell Choir of the First United Methodist Church in Mechanicsburg followed by seasonal selections from harpist Louis Lynch.

This special program hosted by a local musician and music producer will introduce kids to the basics of music recording and production, empowering them to create their own tracks using fun, hands-on activities. Participants will explore rhythm, melody, and sound mixing through creative collaboration.
2 p.m. - 4 p.m. in the Community Room
Led by Yasmin Haut and musician friends, the Dances explore sacred phrases for many of the world’s great spiritual traditions combined with simple folk-dance movement. All are welcome to join as we focus on this simple practice to achieve greater understanding, forgiveness and trust. Wear comfortable clothing. No registration necessary.
