A lap-sit storytime for our youngest patrons with a book, songs, finger rhymes and bounces. Followed by open play time. For ages newborn to 24 months with caregiver. Held in the library lower level on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30 am. No registration is needed.
Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9:30 am until 10:00 am
Tiny Tots (newborn to 24 months) with caregiver
This storytime has a preschool-like setting and includes calendar, alphabet/phonics, themed books, basic math and an occasional craft. For ages 4-6 (with or without caregiver) held in the library lower level on Tuesdays at 11:00 am. No registration is needed.
Tuesdays from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
Preschool Pals (ages 4-6 with or without caregiver)
This is a traditional storytime with books and hand rhymes, focused on helping your child learn to listen. Followed by open play. It is for ages 2 - 3 with caregiver and is held in the library lower level on Tuesdays at 10:00 am. No registration is needed.
Tuesdays from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm
Learning to Listen (ages 2-3 with caregiver)
For ages 4-6. This storytime is for kids who love to be creative. It's held on Summer Thursdays in the lower level from 10:30 to 11:30 am. It includes themed books followed by crafts. No registration is needed.
Thursdays from 10:30 am to 11:30 am - Creative Critters (ages 4-6)
Storybook STEAM is an exciting mix of literature, science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. This program is for ages 4 - 6, but fun for the whole family.

Our favorite is returning, virtually! Stop in to grab a Grab & Go Bag which will include an after-lunch snack, as well as a craft goodie. Miss Olga will be recording our favorite winter story, The Mitten! Stop in to Fredricksen to pick up a bag of cookies to enjoy in your favorite PJs at home. Snuggle in and watch for a bedtime story! Registration is required. Bag available and video posted on January 16.

Bring your blankets and get ready to sing songs and hear lots of stories! We’ll be hosting December Story Times on the library plaza on Wednesday morning, weather permitting. As a special treat, we'll serve up hot chocolate and cookies! For ages 2+. Registration required.
