Join us for this family event and build Harry Potter LEGO sets to be displayed for Halloween! Light refreshments will be provided.

Drop-In (No Registration Required)
With many kids returning to school on August 26th, enjoy the last day of summer playing games and having fun! We'll have games for all ages to enjoy - drop-in our program room at your convenience and discover a new game or play a beloved favorite. Snacks and drinks will be provided, while supplies last.
1:00 pm, Community Room
There’s something fun for everyone in the library’s stash of board games, card games, and other tabletop games. Or you can bring a favorite from home. Meet and play with other gamers or bring friends and family for an afternoon of logic, strategy, and fun. Ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. No registration necessary.

6 pm - 7:30 pm in the Kunkel Creation Station
Meet up with other LEGO mega fans for free building and themed challenge builds. We supply all the bricks – you just bring your imagination. This program is for tweens ages 9-12. Registration is required and begins August 1.
Join the new Teen Advisory Group to earn community service hours, gain leadership skills, and make a difference! You'll help Simpson Library by sharing your ideas on events and improvements! We'll meet one Saturday a month.

Kunkel Creation Station
Join us to learn basic programming the fun way with Scratch, a website designed by MIT to teach children the fundamentals of coding. This is an introductory-level event for children. We will show children how to use the website and even create their own games! Recommended Ages 8 – 10. Registration Required.
