Drop-In (No Registration Required)
Two mornings a month will be dedicated to fostering fun & creativity for little ones! Kids will explore their imaginations with wooden blocks and toys while building STEM, pre-literacy, and motor skills through a variety of play methods. Masking is advised for all participants 3 and up, and social distancing from other households is recommended for everyone’s safety.

Registration Required
Join us for a love-filled storytime series! We will share stories, songs & rhymes together. Storytime teaches social skills, listening comprehension, letter and number recognition, and vocabulary. We’ll have fun while building a foundation for reading success. Each family may pick up a scarf and shaky egg from the Children’s Desk which must be returned at the end of the session. In the event of unseasonably warm weather, we may elect to hold these storytimes outside!
 

Ages 2-5

Join us for our last fall storytime series where we will share stories, songs & rhymes! Storytime teaches social skills, listening comprehension, letter and number recognition, and vocabulary. We’ll have fun while building a foundation for reading success. Each family will receive an individual bag containing a scarf and shaky egg which must be returned at the end of the session. In the event of nice weather, we may elect to hold these storytimes outside!

For ages 2-5
No registration required
Using colorful dots and a fun cornstalk background, kids will practice letter recognition and create a colorful corn husk! Available at the Children’s Desk starting Saturday, November 20. No registration required but supplies are limited.

For children of all ages

Hoot, hoot, too cute! We dare you to find a more adorable craft – kids will make one or more owls using cupcake liners and other commonplace supplies. Sure to bring a smile to their faces! Available at the Children’s Desk starting Saturday, November 6.

Make these two fall harvest foods out of paper strips and toilet paper rolls! This craft fosters enthusiasm and curiosity for seasonal foods while strengthening kids’ fine motor skills to construct these unique autumnal table toppers. Available at the Children’s Desk starting Saturday, October 9th. No registration required but supplies are limited.
