This program is designed for children to recognize the fascinating role the honeybee plays in providing food to their table. STEM concepts will be featured as we discuss bee activities such as waggle dance, pollination, and swarming. In addition, explaining the cooperative nature of thousands of individual insects working together for the betterment of the whole colony will parallel and encourage a mindset of basic human kindness. Program held in Foundation House.
6 pm in the Community Room
Meetup with other LEGO fans to free build or try some challenges using our huge collection of LEGOs. This program is for teens ages 13-18. Registration is required.
