Parents & Toddlers TogetherYou and your toddler can play together, create art, and meet new people in an educational and creative environment. You'll also learn about early childhood development in a fun and playful manner.

This group meets during the school year on the first Tuesday of every month at 10:15 am. No registration needed!

This workshop will help aspiring entrepreneurs to begin the process of successful business ownership including evaluating business ideas, developing a business plan, and exploring financing options.
Attendees will learn:
Unique lifestyle requirements involved in owning a business.
How to assess the feasibility of their business idea.
Differences between business organization structures.
How to develop a business plan.
How to obtain financing.
How to market their product or service.
The applications and licenses needed to start their company.

This program is presented by the Small Business Development Center at Shippensburg University in conjunction with the Business & Career Center @ Fredricksen and the Downtown Camp Hill Association.

CANCELED - Bus Trip to the Smithsonian Folklife Festival in Washington D.C.

8:30 am to 9:00 pm on the National Mall in Washington D.C.
Join us as we partner with Susquehanna Folk (sfmsfolk.org) and travel (rain or shine) to the stunning Smithsonian Folklife Festival, held on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. At the annual Smithsonian Folklife Festival, you can meet communities from around the world presenting music, dance, crafts, foodways, storytelling, and other living traditions. The Folklife Festival explores how diverse cultural knowledge—from religion to design to science—shapes the ways we understand our environments. This year’s programs will include regional representations from Brazil and the United Arab Emirates, alongside the U.S. Department of Energy Solar Decathlon and Smithsonian Conservation Commons. Price includes: round trip motor coach transportation from Camp Hill, boxed continental breakfast served en route to Washington, D.C., free time to explore and participate in the Smithsonian Folklife Festival, and gratuity for bus driver. The bus departs from the Camp Hill Radisson's parking lot at 8:30 am. We will return at approximately 9:00pm. Cost: $45.00 per person.
