Donation Station

donation station1 pm - 3 pm in the Lower Level Parking Lot
The Friends of Fredricksen will hold Donation Station on the first Saturday of each month to accept donations of books and media for their Book & Media Sales. To drop off donations, please park in the lower parking lot off Walnut Street close or near the sidewalk. Donations of one box or less can be brought to the Reference Desk whenever the Library is open. Thank you for thinking of the Friends when you have extra books.

Come to our OPEN CLASSROOM sessions—The BCC Classroom will be staffed during these times with instructors on hand to offer assistance, answer questions and help you learn how to use workplace, small business or personal use tools efficiently. A Puzzling Party

Monday, January 20; 1 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. in the Community Room 

If you like puzzles, you are invited! There will be a group puzzle to work on as well as a puzzle for youngsters to complete. Light refreshments will be available to keep up your energy to complete the puzzle. A special thank you to all who helped complete the puzzles in the Atrium -- we will be awarding prizes (at 8 p.m.) to the individuals that put in the last piece of each of those puzzles. Dances of Universal Peace

Led by Yasmin Haut and musician friends, the Dances explore sacred phrases for many of the world’s great spiritual traditions combined with simple folk-dance movement. From the BUJO and personal organization to creative art journaling, join fellow journal writers as we practice methods to capture thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Whether you are tracking personal growth, cultivating gratitude, setting goals or managing stress, developing your journaling style and routine will boost a positive mindset. Facilitated by paper artist Christine Pizano-Rudy who specializes in all things journaling. Bring your own journal – some art and decorative supplies will be provided. Registration required.
