History of Climate Science and Global Warming Since 1950

Join historian Justin Suran as we explore a brief history of climate science and global warming in an effort to explain how scientists arrived at a global scientific consensus that humans are rapidly changing the climate.

Justin Suran received his Ph.D. in History from UC Berkeley in 2003. For many years he taught history in California at the high school and college levels. Now a resident of Cumberland County, he enjoys spending time at Fredricksen Library and sharing his research.
