Each month we will take on a new craft project. Bring your friends to hang out, grab a snack and get creative!  June – resin crafts, July – painting, August – cigar box upcycle. This program is for teens ages 13-18. Registration is required and begins May 1.

Calling all Pokemon Superfans! Meetup to play TCG or Pokemon Go. We will have Pokemon snacks, contests and other surprises. Whether you are just beginning your Pokemon journey or you are a seasoned trainer you need to be here! Feel free to bring along your device including tablets, Switches and phones. This program is for tweens AND teens ages 9-18. Parents may stay to play with their children. Adults without a child will not be admitted. Registration is required and begins May 1.

Our newspaper club gives you the opportunity to learn some journalism skills and meet new friends. You can choose from an array of assignments like staff interviews, book and movie reviews, breaking news coverage and more. This program is for Tweens and Teens ages 9-18. Registration is required and begins May 1.

Our Murder Mystery parties are a blast! You will receive a character profile prior to the event. Show up that night as your character, have some dinner, some fun, maybe win some prizes and try to figure out Who Dun It!  
Polly Abdool is hosting a totally tubular album release party for her friend, Debbie Gribson, at a posh VIP Beverly Hills club. Debbie Gribson is a top international pop idol who is releasing her new album, Eclectic Youth! She is simultaneously releasing a new fragrance line of the same name! The guest list is stock full of big name celebrity guests who will undoubtedly hit the scene in outrageous '80s fashion! You are on the guest list and have received your invitation. There are a few names on the guest list that you dread having to be around for the night, but you wouldn't mind the exposure. There will be a slate of programs under the banner of “Book Dragon Club” including writing programs, craftivism programs, open mic nights, social meetings, reading challenges, civic engagement and more all dedicated to celebrating teens and the Humanities.  These programs are sponsored by the PA Humanities Council. These programs are for teens ages 13-18.                                   

Our meetup group offers a chance for teens take the lead in developing humanities programming at the library and make meaningful connections. We will make a Craftivism project at each meeting. This program is for teens ages 13-18. No registration required.

There will be a slate of programs under the banner of “Book Dragon Club” including writing programs, craftivism programs, open mic nights, social meetings, reading challenges, civic engagement and more all dedicated to celebrating teens and the Humanities.  These programs are sponsored by the PA Humanities Council. These programs are for teens ages 13-18.  

Teens are invited to read their own writing – poems or short stories, perform a monologue or a piece of music.  Teens can perform solo or in groups.  This program is for teens ages 13-18. Registration is required and begins May 1.
