Copies of the book will be provided. Held inside the Children’s Room. This month's book selection will be Hour of the Olympics. Registered participants can pick up a copy of the book at the Children's Desk starting July 5th.

Start off your summer by making a handmade journal to collect photos and mementos from your summer adventures! We will read a story and then get creative with this fun project. Held inside the Children’s Room.

Join us for a reading of the 2024 Longwood Gardens Community Reads selection, The Secret Garden (adapted), and then go on an outdoor scavenger hunt around the Library grounds to discover all the secret gardens we have, earning a prize at each station. Sponsored by the Penn-Cumberland Garden Club.

Ages 6-10

A representative from the youth empowerment organization “Adventures in Wisdom” will be at the Library for this special workshop to help kids develop tools for improving self-confidence and overall emotional well-being through stories, movement, and fun!
