Join us for our second annual Get Outdoors Challenge for all ages! Beginning June 1, register at fredricksen.beanstack.org, and then pick up a GO Cumberland booklet (one per family) at the library. Throughout the summer, hike the chosen parks and trails in Cumberland County to find the secret codes to enter in Beanstack! Program runs thought August 15. See booklet for more details. Calling all kids with a sweet tooth & creative mind! Using a selection of fruits and toppings, create a delicious no-bake pie. The most attractive or inventive design will win a prize. This program is in conjunction with the 2023 Longwood Gardens Community Read selection, Bring Me Some Apples and I’ll Make You a Pie: A Story about Edna Lewis by Robbin Gourley.

Join us as we celebrate spring! Candy hunt throughout the library, Sock Hop with music, Easter Bunny visits from 12:15 pm - 12:45 pm and 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm, and light refreshments! Travel throughout the library visiting different stations to complete an activities card. Place cards into a raffle to win a gift basket for your family!
