Science Heroes: Saving Earth Together! Science and stories collide in this brand new interactive STEM program! Two unlikely heroes must learn to WORK TOGETHER to stop a super polluting mastermind! Throughout the story, you’ll help the performer conduct amazing science experiments all about air pressure, the laws of motion, chemical reactions, and much more!

Andrew often practices his silly circus tricks by himself, but he knows there’s nothing more fun than working together to make things happen. For this year’s summer reading theme of All Together Now, Andrew is going to need all the help he can get. He’s performed all over the world in circuses, on cruise ships and even for one Pope, and now he’s coming to your library. So get out of the house, come on out, watch Andrew attempt his silly circus tricks and maybe even lend a helping hand. Recommended ages 0 - 18 years old. We are hosting our first LEGO fan building event. Register to display your own build themed on a book and compete for prizes. Or you can just stop by to stroll through the library to see the incredible builds. Registration for displayers is required.

Builders will compete in the following groups: Family Build, Junior Builder (ages 8-12), Teen Builder (13-18) and Adult Builder (18+). Additional details including size limits for builds is listed on our Eventbrite page.

Board games are fun for everyone, so come drop in and play with us! We will have games available to play, but please feel free to bring your own too! It's always fun to share a game you love. All ages are welcome; ages 12 & under must be accompanied by an adult. No registration necessary.
