Learn about how to care for your lawn and the environment with Barbara Arnold, environmental coordinator for Lower Allen Township. This presentation is focused on how to improve or begin an environmentally conscious landscape at your home.

Kalaia Tripeaux became the country’s first Tree Equity Specialist in 2021. Through tireless effort and collaboration, she works with rural and community forestry programs, local and statewide partners as well as environmentally disadvantaged communities throughout the Commonwealth to ensure all people have equal access to healthy trees in their communities. In partnership with PA Department of Conservation & Natural Resources.

Joyce L. Kiefer, author of The Trees Remember Trilogy, will share her inspiration and passion in a presentation that highlights the historical fiction story, her writing and researching process. She will make the story come alive with photos and visual aids and will include audience participation.

Just starting your genealogy research and aren’t sure where to begin? Have you hit a roadblock in your research and need help? Or do you just want to learn about different genealogical resources? Then Genealogy Club is for you! During each session, we will spend time working on our individual research and have the opportunity to bounce our family history questions off of other club members. Occasionally, there will be themed meetings where we will discuss and try out different genealogical resources. You will need to bring a computer for each session to work on your research and to access the different resources. Registration required.
